Josh is a Solution Creator. A former Banker and Financial Consultant, Josh started his first business as a passion project. Frustrated with underperforming subcontractor resources for his remodeling side-hustle, Josh created a solution – Joshua Cabinetry. Soon frustrated with underperforming General Contractors, Josh started Cotterpin Construction (formerly JCAB Contractors) – a Trades-centric, Client-first General Contracting firm. In construction, time really is money. By emphasizing efficiency and communication with trade-partners and putting their success at the top of the pyramid, Josh recognized the end result would be a streamlined construction experience and a delighted Client. Since then, Cotterpin Construction has grown substantially every year, expanding into broader markets and more complex opportunities - He hasn’t looked back for 10 years. As President Josh holds the vision of Cotterpin Construction as a firm focused on REAL, transparent, teamwork.

Josh is a devoted father, community member and partner to his wife Karen.
